About this mod
Simply patches the Wheel Menu interface object from UIExtensions to run at 60FPS.

Introduction
The original WheelMenu from UIExtensions is set to display at 24FPS, making the selection animation look really choppy.
This patch simply updates the corresponding interface .swf file to use 60FPS.
UIExtensions
Installation
Install with a mod manager and allow it to overwrite UIExtensions.
Compatibility
Fully compatible and will work with any mod that makes use of the WheelMenu, like Easy WheelMenu II as long as it doesn't overwrite interface/wheelmenu.swf
