I had this laying around on my drive so might as well upload it since I was reminded of it by another mod.
Works of Arena's scaling with a +5 modifier to each zone. Expect level 10 bandits and level 30 vampires, at a minimum.
Level 10: Bandits, Goblins
Level 15: Draugr, Animals, Spriggans, Trolls
Level 20: Mages, Forsworn, Ogres
Level 25: Falmer, Dwarves
Level 30: Vampires, Giants, Dragon Lairs
Level 35: Dragon Priest Dungeons, Daedra
Arena is not needed as a master, but is intended to work with it.
