I did not see any permissions that would not allow me to make this mod please contact me if there are any issues. this is just a simple edit to the config file in EdgeUI for SKYUI. so make sure to follow there permissions if they get updated.

Same as the mod "SkyUI Config Tweak - Equipped Items On Top SE" (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/32711?) by lilebonymace, except this works with Edge UI without breaking any of its changes.
I'm not really a mod author but i thought others that don't know how to manually make this edit would enjoy it.
Installation All you need is to install Edge UI and its requirements and load this after Edge UI. or you can manually download this and change out the file in Edge UI yourself.
