Before USSEP removed the attenuation, I didn't know this audio existed. Now I find it slightly maddening, hence this mod.
This mod uses an ESL-flagged plugin to remove the audio from the sound marker records.
I recommend No ambient tavern chatter sounds instead if you would prefer to not have a plugin (it replaces the audio files with silent versions)
