Patch to make CACO bandages craftable via campfire crafting menu to use with Wounds.

Based of the "Wounds Hunterborn Campfire CACO patch" from Wounds add-ons - Healers - Spells - Patches. I like the campfire and CACO integration but don't use Hunterborn. Unfortunately there was no patch available for only Campfire and CACO so I created this based of the combined patch from Wound add-ons without the Hunterborn requirement.
Contains the changes to campfire recipes for linen wrap from the original patch, recipes for needle and thread and bandages.
Makes deadwood usable as splints for broken bones.
Requires the CACO - Wounds patch from kryptopyr otherwise CACO bandages won't be usable for Wounds injuries.
