When a dragon is burned after it's soul is absorbed, it will not have horns

Effects all dragons
Dragon skeletons will no longer have horns after their flesh is seared away. Including those that would have had horns.
Does not affect clutter or decorations, just the remains of slain dragons
So now you wont see horns pop in on serpentine or revered dragons
