Simply adjusts the drop rate of the bones added by Ordinator's Bone Collector Perk.
So far contains one for 50% drop for each bone, as well as one for 75%.
Optional File to disable Bone Collector's Cloak spell adding bones to enemies if you use another mod that allows you to gather them another way.
