You like Regional Merchants and you like Vanilla Hair Remake SMP, like me, so here a patch to use the SMP hairs of Vanilla Hair Remake SMP to the 23 merchants of Regional Merchants, so their hairs are moving in the wind.
Install Just put the patch after those two mods, overwrite them. Be sure to have all their requirements first. Safe to install/uninstall mid game. * ESL Flagged *
Remark It has taken more time than I thought... dealing with hairs, facegens, and blackfaces is quite annoying, but dealing with SMP hairs is another level, lol. For modders who want to embark on the adventure, you will have to generate facegen data with CK using non-SMP hairs (otherwise CK will crash), then modify those facegen files to include SMP meshes and paths. Don't forget to update the ESP with the new NPC faces too. Nifskope and SSEEdit will help a lot.
