What it does:
Press Activate key to hold someone/creature/summoned atronach/skeleton which is aimed on the crosshair
- without consequences (no crime in town)
- can attack, beat while dragging
- one command is about 3 seconds, but leave it earlier when you aim other
How to get:
Pray to Talos shrine/ charity to beggar/ ingest Ice wraith essence
- do it once to acquire / do it twice to remove (as like subscribe buttons)
- safer to remove from save in removed state
