Initial release.
This is my second part of an Skyrim mesh optimization project that I started with Riften. Markarth was not as bad as Riften when it came to optimization and fixes to it's meshes, but there was still some work to be done. As with the Riften mod, this aims to reduce the unnecessary triangle/vertex count of Markarth's meshes and fixes any UV issues, such as stretching, that are noticed.
I've also included 3D chains from Brumbek's SMIM that have been optimized and improved brazier meshes from wankingSkeever's mod "Sconces of Skyrim". Huge props to them both.
