Lakeview Manor is a property in Falkreath Hold, north of Pinewatch. It is a potential home, available with the All the DLC add-on and the anniversary edition. We offer 24-hour merchants, specialized crafting stations for soul gems, blood potions, staff crafting stations, armor tailoring, and custom cloud storage.

Description: Lakeview Manor is a property in Falkreath Hold, north of Pinewatch. It is a potential home, available with the All the DLC add-on and the anniversary edition. We offer 24-hour merchants, specialized crafting stations for soul gems, blood potions, staff crafting stations, armor tailoring, and custom cloud storage.
*Players will be needed to have the AE install before downloading the mod, this will not work without it, 'unfortunately' this means at this time that ALL 74+ CC must be installed already because our plugin currently uses them all as masters (however it will not in upcoming updates), this used to be a PS exclusive, it's the only way for us to have non-base game assets on our native platform.
*Please grab the latest update version, the main file is included in the updates so no need to download all, please check dates on files.

*Target Practice-
*Fast Travel is made available for easy access,
*Bulletin Board- This is for players who want to make some quick coins, we added some jobs to the Bulletin Board, Chopping Wood, Gather Wheat, Mine Ore, and Vampire Dust. Create the job using the board and then in the reward chest trade it and the items in for coin.
-Horse Stable:*Reindeer- The Reindeer is one of the few non-horse mounts in Skyrim, and it's one of the mounts included with Anniversary Edition
*Daedric Horse- The Daedric horse is of the horse mounts in Skyrim, and it's one of the mounts included with Anniversary Edition
-Cave:*Daedric artifacts are displayed in this cave.
-Right-side:*Greenhouse Area- Arsh is a merchant in this area selling most ingredients, including ingredients found in the AE Addon. 6 Planters can be used to plant your ingredients in this area.
*Animal Pen- One Painted Cow can be found in the animal pen area, along with a chicken coop and an Apiary.
*Stone Quarry- Preset in the Lakeview manor, to mine stone
*Iron Ore Vein- Preset in the Lakeview manor, to mine Iron Ore
-Left Side:*The Well Traveled Khajiit- The Well Traveled Khajiit is a merchant in this area that sells general goods, including some items from the AE Addon.
*Lakeview Guards- Two Dwarven Spiders that guard the property of the Lakeview Manor.
*Blacksmithing area- Junk cloud storage, Weapons cloud storage, Leather and strips cloud storage, and it also includes Workbench, Anvil, Smelter, Tanning Rack
-Back:
*Target Practice-
*Hot Tub- Clothing Basket for clothing storage.
*Fishing Area- Temperate Stream Fishing is available in this area, Chest, Fishing Clothes, Fishing Pole, Line and Lure book
*Cloud Storage- Miscellaneous Cloud Storage
*Boat/ Docks- Adalrom the Ferryman
Inside:-Main Room:
*2 Mannequins
*Musical Containers- Will play music once opened and closed, The Team added in Lute, Drums and flute.
*2 Planters- to customize and plant ingredients on the main table.
*Bard- This bard will play music upon request, she will also play instruments when not singing in the area.
*Main Map Display- This includes easy teleportation to Sovngarde, Glacial Crevice and Sky Haven Temple.
*Solstheim Map Display- This includes easy teleportation to Skaal Village, Tel Mithryn and RavenRock.
*Fish Aquarium- Small Fish Tank that you can add in your own small fish and have them swim around.
*Master Bedroom-
Note Collection, 1 Mannequin display, AE Clothes Collection, 1 Noble Chest, 2 Shield displays, 1 Strongbox,1 Satchel, Clothes Collection, Glove Collection, Helmet Collection, Hood Collection, Circlets Collection and a Necklace Collection custom storage displays.
*Children's Room- Children's Book Collection, Special Clothes Collection, Children Clothes, 2 Noble Chest
*Enchanting Area- Soul Crafting, Spider Crafting, Robe Collection, Ring Collection, Arcane Enchanter,

*Back-room Trading Post- Trade in Pelts, Dragon's bones, scale, etc. in the trading post for extra coins.
*Back Room shrines- We added in all the shrines that can be found in the back room area.

*Clothing Dye Crafting, Tailor Clothing Crafting.
*Anvil, Smelter, Workbench, Grindstone, 2 Mannequins
*Tailor Merchant- A merchant that sells clothing.
*Blacksmith- A merchant that sells blacksmithing goods.
*Crafting Dwarven Creatures- Craft unique Dwarven Creatures that are in display in the blacksmithing room.
-Kitchen Room:
*Mead Barrels- That can be found in this area, providing players with filled mead bottles.
*Heracles- a food merchant, ready to buy and sell food to players.
*Storage- 3 Satchel, Freezer, Ingredients Container, Cheese & Bread Container, Meat Container, Vegetables Container
*Cooking Pot Crafting Station, Grain mill
*Large Fish Tank- Large Fish Tank that you can add in your large fish and have them swim around.
-Trophy Room:
*Bust Display- Displays can be found all around the room to display busts that can be collected throughout Tamriel
*Claw Display- Claws can be displayed, this can be found throughout Tamriel.
*Teleport- to the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary or the Nightingale Headquarters.
*Nightingale Blade & Bow Display- Display the Nightingale Bow or Blade.
*Storage- 7 Weapon Rack
-Cellar:*Blood Potion Crafting- Craft Blood Potions.
*Storage- Flesh Collection, Tool Collection, Vampire Clothing Collection, Recipe Collection, Chest
*Teleport- To Outside the Vampire Castle

*Arsh- The Npc's walking path will not be changed as the team will not change the exterior Navmash

(All Platforms) *Wishing Fountain- Adding a luck blessing on the wishing fountain.
(PC & Xbox) *Cave- Daedric items will be changed to activator to allow players to place items.
(All Platforms) *Cellar Shrine- The Team will be adding a Vampire Transformation blessing to the shrine.
(PC & Xbox) *Trophy Room changes- The Team will be adding treasury activators to this room.
((PC & Xbox) *adding a carriage rider that travels to the different holds capitals
(All Platforms) *An optional side texture pack to replace the black wall features

The Team is expanding the Lakeview manor to many other locations in Hearthfire (DlC) and non-Hearthfire locations

Notes:
-This mod was built originally for PS4 players, external assets are not used, however many CC assets are.
-Pre-built Lakeview Manor will not work if the Lakeview Manor is already built, do not buy the land from the jarl.
-Building in this area may cause conflict or clipping issues, do not build any part of the house.
-Any mods related to patching or editing anything related to the vanilla Lakeview home are considered to be incompatible. Our mod uses a custom new interior instead of modifying the vanilla one, this may cause unforeseen issues with certain quests and spouse/child related content.
-NOT ESL Capable- no more IDs remaining.
-The Script to make ON/Off switches is owned and Created by Darkfox127.
Common Questions: I see multiple files on the Nexus page, how do i get the right one and how many of them of them do i need to install?
--How do i get the right one? A: Please download in the update file category the latest one as it contains the main file as well. Check dates and version numbers to make sure it is the latest version. --How many of them do i need to install? A: Just the latest version, it contains all the updates and main files you may need.
