What's New? Dragonia was originally published for Skyrim LE in 2016. The main player home is a complete makeover but has maintained the look and ambiance of the original home. Per popular request, follower NPC accommodations are now included in the main house. There are minor changes to the rest of the mod. Features detailed below.
Acquisition
Dragonia becomes available with a courier quest once the mod is loaded, and you have traveled to a new habitable location. Simply follow the quest marker and the directions you receive. Dragonia occupies a large area atop a plateau directly below and east of the Throat of the World and northeast of Ivarstead as shown here on the Skyrim Map. It will conflict with any mods that occupy that area. If you have concerns about space conflicts, make a post and I'll gladly take a look. I've already found a few listed below under "Known Conflicts."
Be sure to take the three (3) items from the strongbox upon completion of the acquisition quest: KEY, JOURNAL, & DIRECTIONS.
Features
- Player estate that can accommodate spouse and up to 4 adoptable children using Heathfire Multiple Adoptions.
- Room for up to eight (8) followers within the player home with their own quarters, showers, and water recreation/bathing area.
- Apart from the main house, the Quarters is home to permanent estate staff and has room for four (4) additional followers. NPCs have huge living areas and individualized private rooms. The Argonian follower has his own quarters and pool suited to his needs in the grotto cave area.
- Large armory for your collections, including displays for faction armor and weapons, dragon priest masks, and claws.
- Additional displays for unique items as you collect them are in the player house. Including Daedric Artifacts, Elder Scrolls, Black Books, Bug Jars, Paragons, specialty armor and weapons.
- Vendors: Blacksmith, apothecary/arcane, stave, adult consumables, and food vendors. Vendors have ample coin so they conduct business without running low on cash after just a few deals. Not your run of the mill vendor inventory either!
- Two (2) arcane labs--located in the player house and the armory (the latter includes a chamber and equipment needed to create weaponized spiders).
- Gardens, farming, apiaries, goats and chickens. Stables for Dragomare (included) and room for additional steeds you may acquire.
- Libraries and Storage Bookshelves.
- Breakfast set on family table at 8 am, dinner at 5 pm. Using Improved Adoptions, kids and spouse will sit at table during this time.
- Interactive fireplaces that player can light and extinguish that also displays exterior smoke from chimneys when lit.
- Interactive bookshelves and the option to keep books in the linked or cloud-storage system.
- Cooking, ovens, and hearths are on a schedule so that fires and food are not active 24/7.
- Bedroom Wardrobe that accessorizes based on player sex - male or female.
- Day/Night lighting.
- NPCs return indoors in inclement weather.
- Recreational Grotto.
- Master spa, NPC showers, followers' pool and a grotto pool. NPCs (and Player if you choose) disrobe for bathing, showering, and swimming.
- Daedra Ruins with leveled Guardian.
- New Shrines with timed enhancements.
- Linked and Cloud Storage throughout the estate and at various locations throughout the world. (Cloud storage compatible with JK's Skyrim.)
- 2 Map Markers, points for fast-travel.
See DOCS TAB above and the README for additional information about NPCs and Dragonia's Linked and Cloud Storage system. Also, upon completing acquisition quest, you can pick up a Facility Journal. The journal is available in-game and provides additional information about NPCs and other features.
