Full removal of the crosshair (including sneak meter, follower commands, and conjuration red cross).

I made this because i'm playing without compass in my current game, and it feels weird when you don't have compass but have a crosshair in your screen.
I also made a version that remove the Shout Meter since it uses the compass format.
It's only the hudmenu.gfx modified. No .esps included.
To remove the compass from your game, go to your SkyrimPrefs,
find [Interface] and change bShowCompass=1 to bShowCompass=0.
