F2/RCtrl UI activation fix for Skyrim Together Reborn 1.7.x

You can install this mod on top of Skyrim Together Reborn (overriding it), but only do it if you have issues with activating the connect menu UI
Installation
Vortex:
Install as usual, in the 'Unresolved file conflicts' window do:
Load 'Skyrim Together UI Activation Fix' after 'Skyrim Together Reborn'
MO2:
Method 1: overwrite the original .exe manually by drag-and-dropping the patch into the SkyrimTogetherReborn folder
Method 2: start installation as usual, by double-clicking the mod in the Downloads window or by right-clicking and selecting Install. Change the name you are installing to to match your Skyrim Together install, such as "Skyrim Together Reborn". If prompted to, be sure to select Merge, not Replace
Verifying
You should see 'UI fix active' in the bottom left corner of the F3 menu:
Troubleshooting
This patch is not guaranteed to work, especially if you have SKSE installed. Other things to try:
- update MSVC C++ redistributable to the latest version (direct download link)
- try switching between various window modes: borderless, fullscreen, windowed, etc.
- close Steam before launching the mod
- disable SKSE if you do not need it (SKSE is not required for Skyrim Together)
- make sure F3 works and shows the debug menu; if it doesn't, reinstall Skyrim Together by following this guide
- check the Posts tab
All files uploaded here are built via GitHub Actions in my repo. This patch will be merged into STR once I investigate the underlying issue
