About this mod
Skyrim's original weathers with the bug fixes and volumetric lighting of Special Edition.

All image spaces and weathers have been reverted back to their original values from the old version of the game. Special Edition makes some misc. changes here and there to image spaces and certain weathers, these are kept and tweaked if necessary. The only real liberty I took with this mod was further implementing SE's fog distance fixes to more of the original weathers that needed it. Other than that, it's straight out of Oldrim.
Volumetric lighting intensity for all weathers has been tweaked to be more subtle and blend better with the more subdued, gloomy weathers and lighting of the original game.
Do note that keeping the volumetric lighting intact makes the game a bit brighter and more "hazy" but other than that it looks nearly identical to the original game, and is still not nearly as bright and foggy looking as vanilla Special Edition. This mod is actually technically closer to how Oldrim looked than Skyrim Legendary Weathers since it adjusted the brightness of most image spaces to constitute the removed volumetric lighting. Still, the difference is negligible, both look almost identical to the original game, although since Special Edition renders color values differently than the original game, it won't look exactly the same.
Relevant USSEP changes are forwarded, but it is not required.
To restore the distant blurring effect of the original game, use the excellent mod Skyrim Distant Blur.
An addon is available that removes all eye adaptation and bloom effects from the game, for those that want it, as well as one that only removes eye adaptation.
Check out my Universal ENB if you'd like a good ENB to use with this mod.
Due to the nature of this mod, it contains a lot of ITMs, they are intentional. Don't clean it with SSEEdit.

That's all... enjoy!
