About this mod
Expand your Dragonborn powers with 10 epic new shouts!

Let’s be real—Skyrim is all about being the Dragonborn. You know, the chosen one, the Voice of the Sky, the wielder of shouts that make lesser mortals tremble. But with all the shiny new spell mods here on the Nexus, shouting has started to feel… well, let’s just say less "epic hero" and more "guy yelling at clouds."
But don’t you dare forget how cool it is to freeze time or summon a storm with nothing but a whisper. It’s awesome. And now, I’m here to make it even better with Echoes of Power!
This mod adds 10 brand-new, super fancy shouts designed to fit a variety of playstyles. Whether you’re a sneaky assassin, a tanky warrior, or just love screaming at your problems until they go away, there’s something here for everyone. Plus, they pair beautifully with my other mod, Dragon Avatar - Weredragon Transformation. Because what’s better than being a dragon? Being a dragon that can yell better.
The New Shouts:
Here’s what you’ll be screaming at your enemies (and probably the occasional mudcrab):
- Aegis of Valor
Words: Qah Koor Vur (Armor, Summer, Valor)
Summon a radiant barrier that makes you resistant to magic and weapons. Valor not included, but it helps. - Arcane Arsenal
Words: Ov Zul Grah (Trust, Voice, Battle)
Store up to six non-hostile spells in your hands, with two spells added per word of power. When battle begins, these spells unleash themselves automatically. Move over, Apocalypse—there’s a new powerhouse in town! - Arcane Devourer
Words: Zul Riik Du (Voice, Gale, Devour)
Silence your enemies’ magic with a wave of the Thu’um. At max power, it’s basically a magical black hole for extraplanar beings. Bye-bye, Daedra! - Haste of the Wind
Words: Ven Wuld Nah (Wind, Whirlwind, Fury)
Channel the wind for lightning-fast speed. Perfect for when you need to flee dramatically or, better yet, look like you’re stuck in a speed camera loop. Add some clown music or the "Afro Circus" tune, and you’ve got yourself a Dragonborn comedy special. - Tempest Charge
Words: Wuld Strun Bah (Whirlwind, Storm, Wrath)
Turn yourself into a storm-powered battering ram and charge. Who needs subtlety when you’ve got tempestuous wrath? - Temporal Stasis
Words: Tiid Vo Gron (Time, Un-, Bind)
Freeze enemies in time. They can’t move, and they take damage. Imagine the look on their frozen faces. - Time’s Embrace
Words: Tiid Nahl Kaan (Time, Living, Kyne)
Reverse time to heal yourself and your allies. Max power can even bring back the dead—because nothing says “I’m the Dragonborn” like resurrecting your friends. - Veil of Shadows
Words: Fiik Feim Lo (Mirror, Fade, Deceive)
Turn invisible and silent. Perfect for those of you who prefer stabbing over shouting. - Void Step
Words: Sah Zeim Vus (Phantom, Through, Nirn)
Teleport across the battlefield with the power of the Thu’um. Now you see me, now you don’t! - World’s End Tempest
Words: Lok Strun Yol (Sky, Storm, Fire)
Once a day, unleash Alduin’s apocalyptic firestorm. Because why stop at shouting when you can literally summon the end of the world?. Nobody will like this though so be careful of summoning it on a town.
How to Get Them:
The shouts are scattered across Skyrim, waiting for you to discover them (aka dynamically added to leveled lists through a nifty script). Draugr, those crusty old word-hoarders, are likely to have word-stones which upon reading will unlock you either a shout or a new word. The stones work in the same fashion as spell tomes, they are removed once you learn its power.
World’s End Tempest, though? That one’s special. You’ll have to defeat Alduin and craft it at the forge. (You didn’t think I’d just give it to you, did you?)
And don’t bother trying to sell these stones—merchants see them as worthless heavy junk. But as the Dragonborn, you know they’re priceless.
Compatibility & Details:
Don’t worry, I haven’t messed with any vanilla records (except for one sneaky chest in the QASmoke Cell which will not cause any harm). Also this mod is ESL-flagged, so it won’t hog any of your precious mod slots.
So go ahead—ask Arngeir for advice, shout at the sky, and when you’re standing under Skyrim’s stars, think of me. Or better yet, think of how cool you look, saving the world (or ending it) with your Thu’um.
Happy shouting!
