a Reforged version of Johnskyrim's Quel'delar Greatsword. now with a unique enchantment, and a new method of acquisition.

Quel'delar by Johnskyrim is a beautiful weapon, which is also one of my all time favorite weapons from world of warcraft. however, it was always disappointing to me that the weapon came with no unique enchantment and was just a normal, craftable weapon.
well no more, this mod will now offer something very different and Unique:
first of all, the one handed sword and dagger versions are gone, now it's only the greatsword. in World of warcraft, sword version was offered because it was a quest item and had to have had different options for different classes, but the original Quel'delar from the Lore was a two handed weapon that was wielded by a Sin'dorei hero called: Thalorien Dawnseeker. leader of the Blood Knights.
the weapon is also no longer craftable, it makes no sense that a weapon made by the Dragon aspects is craftable by any mere mortal, and eventhough that doesn't fit the Lore of skyrim, it's still is a Legendary weapon that should not be simply craftable.
But,
now the Weapon has a very unique and powerful enchantment, and had undergone some great (and balanced) changes that makes it a formidable weapon.
So, what is this enchantment you're talking about ?
well first of all, the weapon's enchantment should represent the race of the person who wielded it, the Sin'dorei following the fall of their empire have channeled the remaining powers of their fountain of energy called the Sunwell, becoming known as the Sin'dorei or the Blood Elves, their Mages, Now called a "Blood Mage", wielding powerful fire magic. also the racial ability of the Sin'dorei (back when the race was first introduced in The Burning Crusade Expansion) was called: Arcane Torrent, which siphons Mana from the opponent and gives it to the Sin'dorei who casted this power.
in order to simulate those two traits, the weapon now has a very powerful Fire damage + Absorb Magicka enchantment, draining the target's magicka while also burning them in flames.
in order to marry the Lore of world of warcraft to the world of Elder Scrolls, the second part of the enchantment, is a unique effect that does extra damage to all Human races, that would be Nords, Redguards and Imperials (Bretons are half elf, so they don't count). since the weapon is supposed to be an Heirloom of the Thalmor, i saw it fitting that this weapon would be a point of Pride for the Altmer, which means that it deals damage to Humans, kind of similar to what Wuuthrad does against Elves.
so in short, the weapon's enchantment does:
alright we get it, so what is are these changes that the weapon went through ?
well i'm glad you asked. the weapon is shorter than most greatswords, therefore it's range is a bit shorter, however, it is a sword crafted by elves, therefore its a bit faster than the fastest of lightweight greatswords, making it a very formidable choice in close quarters combat.
so how can we obtain it ?
the weapon is very powerful and as mentioned above a point of Pride for the Altmer, therefore it is kept in the safest place in all of Skyrim for an Altmer treasure, of course that is already a very big clue, but if you need further clue as to where you can find it, you can check the spoiler below:

i wanted to add Custom animations for the weapon, but the animations are not mine, therefore i do not have the permission to release them. however, i have included the DAR folders that i have created for the Animations that are Specific to Quel'delar. if you want to give the weapon, unique animations, you can go to "Meshes\actors\character\animations\DynamicAnimationReplacer\_CustomConditions" and find the Folders Listed below to put your desired animations in:
5500055 => Normal Animations Folder
5500155 => Moving Forward Animations Folder (Requires dTry's Key Utils)
5500255 => Moving Left Animations Folder (Requires dTry's Key Utils)
5500355 => Moving Backward Animations Folder (Requires dTry's Key Utils)
5500455 => Moving Right Animations Folder (Requires dTry's Key Utils)
And before i forget:
this is now a very Strong and Unique weapon, the fact that it can be Tempered in the first place, might make it quite imbalanced. therefore in order to offset that a little bit, there's an extensive list of materials required to Temper Quel'delar each time you want to Temper it. if you want to know the materials required right now, then here they are:

Installation
Put the contents of the Archive, inside the game's data folder, located in Skyrim Directory/Data. overwrite when asked.
