Capital Windhelm Expansion is a great mod that adds a ton of new NPCs, however, the existing high poly heads patch (that is available on the mod's downloads) keeps vanilla hair and has unmodified zeroed face morphs leading to very blocky-looking NPCs. This mod aims to fix that.
What does it do?
Gives the NPCs added by Capital Windhelm Expansion an appearance overhaul with high poly heads and ks hairdo's (as vanilla hair is ugly). In addition, some users (myself included) have an issue where the vendor's do not sell items, or their inventories are empty - I believe I've fixed this also. I've taken screenshots of what they look like. ESL flagged.
Installation/Uninstallation
It should be safe to install/uninstall at any time. Simply download the mod and install it with your favourite mod manager.
Conflicts
As far as I know no other mod edits or overhauls the same NPCs so should be compatible with everything.
