Implements Arena's Pargran Village, ruined and abandoned - a long passed memory of a once thriving village.

Pargran Village was once a thriving little hamlet, having its existence first established during the era of Arena, however, Bethesda saw fit to cull many of these villages from the lore - as such, they are not present in Skyrim, Pargran Village being one of several examples.
My mod seeks to re-implement one of the many old towns as a small ruin to explore, as a homage to the now passed lore. The town is home to a handful of small, ruined buildings of varying stature, alongside the less prominent but just as ancient barrow. Pargran Village, being as old as it is, would naturally be home to one of its own Nordic Burial sites - which I have implemented as a new dungeon at the site.

There are 5 new ruined buildings to explore, some with their own little story presenting the demise of the residents - others more obscure. The new Nordic Barrow can be found just across the pond, by the statue of Talos.
