Overhauls the Rift Watchtower location Into an Imperial ruin taken over by Orcs.
I felt the Rift Watctower wasn't that much of a watchtower, I guess you could say 1000 years of erosion and warfare made It so small, anyways, I thought I'd make a redesign of the Rift Watchtower location, expanding the tower's size making it much taller and adding a viewing platform, while also staying true to the vanilla feel and keeping It In a ruined state.

- Adds ruined walls and towers - Orc buildings - Adds a few Bandits - Many clutter objects - Multiple entry points If you're the sneaky type - small Landscaping tweaks - Disables some trees - Navmesh redone - ESL Flagged
