Fixes the vanilla "There are no quests active." text beneath the Edge UI quest journal. It bugged me out. I replaced it with a nicer text that fits within the Edge UI quest journal.
NOTE: This is for 21:9 (2560x1080) screens. Since I directly edited the SWF file, it cannot be used with other screen sizes.
