There are two versions to choose from:
The first version is a standalone mod, it only requires racemenu and has a light ESL plugin. Load order does not matter.
There are 3 textures included, all available in FacePaints section of racemenu. Texture number 3 is specifically made on top of Lioness texture, however, I never actually used that mod so I have no idea whether it actually looks alright or not. I just made it in case someone would need it. V1 and V2 should work fine with all other popular texture replacers, like leopard, striped khajiit etc.
The second one is a texture replacer, and you absolutely need Beast Race Bodypaints for it to work! It only includes texture file, so if you have Beast Race Bodypaints installed already, it will replace one of the textures from there, meaning, you won't be installing any new plugin to your load order. I know some people hate to add plugins mid save, so there you go.
It replaces Khajiit face texture number 9, but you can rename it to change a different one. No plugin, no anything. This is just a texture.
Keep in mind that there is some color overlapping(nose color will also apply a little bit around it), so it works best with DARKER characters. Painting this any other color than black may look silly, but you are free to try. You can obviously tweak the texture in Paint.net to your liking. Tested only on females.
Inside the replacer version folder is also a less overlapping texture, which you can replace the main file with. Just change its name accordingly.
Feel free to tweak any texture to your liking. All files are in DDS format and should be easy to edit in PaintNET.
