Lycanthropy should be more common in Skyrim, at least lore-wise; but you only ever find them on Soltheim. This mod corrects that oversight, adding Werewolves and Werebears into two leveled lists.
The Elk leveled list (so you can run into them occasionally in the wild) and the Atronach leveled list (special encounters in the wild or in caves).
I made this mostly for myself, but figured there might be others who want more variety for their 100th replay of Skyrim 😁
