Makes all diseases -- except the Vampire one -- completely harmless

This mod removes all of the negative effects of diseases (except the Vampire one).
This mod DOES NOT delete the disease spells--that would cause conflicts and problems. Instead, I've merely renamed them and cleared out all of the magic effects attached to them.
You wont see these in the magic effects menu.
You might see them in your "more informative console", but they've been renamed to stuff like z_NL_NO_OP_1 (I didn't like seeing disease names in the console since then I'd feel compelled to find a cure potion).
