The font and icons are 2.25x larger by area from the large font option in the SkyUI MCM. I also changed the default column headers to cut down on redundancy and make room for the larger font to avoid clipping. Note in the screenshot that the "V/W" ratio column is enabled, and the "type" column is disabled, as that same information can be inferred from the icons more easily. The icon column can also be used to sort.
I would like to thank shlangster from SkyUI for permission to share this file as I had to modify the SkyUI config.txt file. I would also like to thank thenrerise, the author of Skyrim Large Original Font, whose file I incorporated as well as fixed a bug that caused all books to display only squares as text. SLOF allowed me to go above the maximum font size I could set in the SkyUI config.txt file so that the text wouldn't clip with the rows above and below. It also increased the font size for all other menus, from the start up screen to the map menu.

Install like any other mod.
Requires SkyUI, but if you just want larger font for vanilla menus, this mod will work fine without it.
