About this mod
An overhaul to Breezehome, Proudspire Manor and Honeyside, with shared containers
- Requirements
- Permissions and credits
- Everything is static, for decoration only, carefully placed
- Navmeshed
- Customized containers for melee weapons, bows, soulgems, ingredients, potions, pelts, ingots and more!
- All the three homes use shared containers, so everything you put on a container on house 1 will be available on house 2 and 3 and so on
- Breezehome and Honeyside are not suitable for children or followers, as they have only the housecarl's and player's beds
- On Proudspire Manor, I could not make the vanilla adoption system to work, so I recommend to use HearthFire Multiple Adoptions. I kept the vanilla markers, beds and chests so your children will have a nice place to live.
- This mod depends on CK Statics Add-on as it uses its assets, so be sure to download it.
INSTALLATION
New Game:
1: Purchase the house from the city steward, but no upgrade is necessary.
2: That's it!
A save where you already own the house:
1: Remove everything you have from vanilla house containers
2: Go outside and make a new save. Be sure that there is NO followers, children or spouse inside the house.
3: Exit game, install this mod
4: Start the game and enjoy your new home

NOTES
- I made this for myself (thanks for DarkFox and his amazing tutorials) as I think that the vanilla houses are dull, the CC ones have a lot of reported bugs and some other houses mods are too much for me.
- Why did I chose these houses? Because I like them, and they are located on west, middle and east of the map, so I can spend some time on these areas and have a cozy place to stay.
- Why shared containers? Because I want to spend less time worrying about dumping loot and more time adventuring.
- If you think that buying a house full of storage and furniture without having to upgrade it is cheating, maybe Investment Price Config is for you.
