- Force all skill exp multiplier to be 0
- bUsePCLevelSkillExpMults = false for compatibility with latest version of AE
- bUseLegendarySettings = false for compatibility with CSF
- fSkillCapBase = 100
- fSkillCapMult = 0
- iXPQuestMisc = 10. Enable xp gain from misc quests
- iXPQuestObjectives = 0. Disable xp gain from objectives which are easy to get out of control
