Adds pearls and small pearls into the loot lists for clams.
Small-sized clams have a 25% chance of a small pearl
Medium-sized clams have a 50% chance of a small pearl or a 15% chance of a pearl.
Large-sized clams have a 50% chance of a small pearl or a 35% chance of a pearl.
The concept of this mod is not new, but I made the drop rate to my satisfaction. Also I made it so only a single pearl should drop instead of multiple. At least it should only end up ever being a single pearl. ESL Flagged.
