I originally made this for myself, but why not share? Elrond, a Khajiit merchant in The Bannered Mare, runs a bit of a black market operation—expensive, but top-quality. Stocked with alchemy ingredients and black soul gems, he restocks over time, so you’ll never run out.

So, I made this mod for myself because I got tired of hunting down rare ingredients and black soul gems every time I needed them. Instead of waiting for Khajiit caravans or random vendors, I wanted a reliable (but pricey) source. And since it worked so well for me, I figured—why not share? Meet Elrond, a black market Khajiit merchant now residing on the top floor of The Bannered Mare (Whiterun). He mostly sticks around his chest but moves, sits, claps to bard songs, and interacts like a normal NPC.
🔻 What He Offers: ✔ Some alchemy ingredients in bulk (especially for OP potions) ✔ Black soul gems (both filled & empty) ✔ All kinds of ingots (100 of each) ✔ Runs like a regular alchemist—so depending on your level, you’ll see more ingredients & recipes ✔ Restocks over time, so you can always return for more
🔻 Trading Details: ✔ Sells expensive but high-quality items (black market, after all) ✔ Has 50,000 gold, so you can sell your potions & ingredients easily ✔ You can only sell potions & ingredients—unless you have the Speech perk to sell anything I tried to balance the counts—bulk for essentials, but rare stuff is still limited. It’s not meant to break the game, just to make crafting potions & enchanting easier without ruining the hunt for rarer ingredients. Hope you find him useful! 😊
🔻 How to install? Step 1 - Download the zip. Step 2 - Open the zip and move ElrondNPC.esp to your Data folder. Step 3 - Enjoy.

YOU MIGHT ALSO WANT THIS MOD (If you don't want to update) : Barter Limit FiX . So, due to gold limit, when you sell things you might not get money in return from vanilla or modded vendors. This mod fixes it, just like Khajiits fixes my mental health.

IMPORTANT : I have SKSE64 and Unofficial Patch for other mods that i have been using. I did not test it without them, but didn't use them with Creator Kit either so it should work.
