Author notes
Look, anyone could do this. I'm honestly surprised no-one already has done this. It's so easy for a modder to replicate, that even if it got pirated, it would look like someone else did it anyway. So I don't really care.

Pretty much does what it says on the can. Empty Black Soul Gems are added to vendors who usually sell soul gems. This includes the vendors at the College, as well as Jarl court mages. Possibly even general traders. I simply added them to the existing levelled lists for soul gems that are referenced by vendor chests, in turn adding them to the pool that vendors offer. Should be around the same rarity of empty Grand Soul Gems, or slightly less.
I know, it's immersion breaking, but I don't really care. I made this mod for myself, it's just being uploaded here just in case people want it too.
