Adds a new NPC called Strignd, who will replace Banning as the Markarth dog trainer in the event of his demise and thus, allow you to still hire the dog Vigilance unlike in the vanilla game.

Description
Adds a new NPC called Strignd who hangs out in the Silver-blood Inn and around the Markarth Stables. If Banning meets his death due to sheer bad luck or encountering an angry Dragonborn during a particular cannibalistic feast, Strignd will take up the mantle of dog trainer in Banning's stead, allowing you to still obtain Vigilance as a pet companion unlike in the vanilla game.
This was my first time attempting to add a NPC to the game, tinker with quests, dialogue and voice lines in the Creation Kit so if any issues arise, let me know in the comments and I will do my best to fix them.

Installation
Install as normal with a mod manager.
I also made a version of the mod which includes the facegen meshes and textures although it seemed to cause some problems for me with all my HDT hair mods and what not. If you encounter this, download the first file which only has the esp and it should work fine as it does for me!
