Brings the mechanic of legendary enemies from Fallout4 into Skyrim.

I looooove Fallout 4’s legendary system, so this mod brings a similar mechanic to Skyrim! While adventuring, you may encounter Legendary enemies—tougher variants with twice the health of their normal counterparts. When you get them to very low health, they mutate and fully heal (happens only once).

Defeating a Legendary enemy rewards up to 3 leveled enchanted items, scaling with enemy level:
    Level 5-19: 1 item
    Level 20-29: 2 items
    Level 30+: 3 items

Like in FO4, high enough DPS can prevent their mutation. Unique actors and summons are never Legendary.
By default, enemies above level 5 have a 5% chance to be Legendary, but you can tweak this in the MCM menu.


Mutations
When legendary enemies become low on health they mutate. Humanoid NPCs will activate their racial powers, so Nords will force their enemies to flee, Bosmers will summon an animal creature to their aid (with Requiem installed the list of their possible companions is extended), etc. Be wary of Orcs, which upon mutation will deal 50% more damage and take 50% less; and the Khajits!


Compatibility
This mod doesn't touch any vanilla record, so it should be compatible with everything. That includes mods that add new creatures or modify exiting ones, or mods that add new encounter, quests or new lands.
