Changelogs
General changes
  • Starting skill levels are reduced from 15 to 5. Racial skill bonuses are increased from 35 to 60. Total starting skills points are now 150 down from vanilla 305.
  • Daily powers have been removed because they are too cumbersome to manage.
  • Vampires of all races have extra 50 carry weight, 5 unarmed damage, 10% movement speed & 10% attack speed.

Notes
  • Base attribute regeneration effects modify <attribute>Rate actor values, not <attribute>RateMult.
  • NPCs can't utilize HealRate actor value, so argonians and imperials have constant health regen to compensate.
  • Orcish Berserker ability is updated at 20% intervals. >80% Health is no bonus and <20% Health is full bonus.


Compatibility
This mod modifies records for playable races as well as races of cured Serana, Miraak and afflicted from Peryite quest. Some racial ability records have also been overwritten.
Base attribute regeneration changes are hardcoded. A patch would be required if you use mods that alter player's HealRate, MagickaRate or StaminaRate values.
Dunmer spell damage racial relies on Keyword Item Distributor for mod compatibility. Check KID file for details.


Recommended mods
  • Breaded Classes (shameless plug) – class skill bonuses allow you to compensate for lowered starting skills, meaning you are no longer locked in a certain playstyle based on your race choice. Other similar player class mods will also do fine.
  • Night Eye Fix – vital if you decide to play as khajiit.
  • Spell Absorption Rework – makes those 10% on breton's passive more useful.
