As a prerequisite mod, Heelsound is absolutely required.
Costumes cannot be looted or crafted. Please use the Add item menu or console.

You can use the warriors' signature poses using the Poser Hotkey mod.
Also, if you use Dragon Age Staff moveset( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/94748) , you can use the magic moveset with Spiral Rod or Moonstick.
