Essentially removes passive health regeneration from the player and humanoid-race NPCs through SkyPatcher.
The health regeneration in vanilla Skyrim feels like it devalues other healing sources, as you can just wait a minute or two after winning a fight to regenerate your health. This mod changes health regeneration of all humanoid races from 0.7 health per second in vanilla to 0.0001 per second, which means it will take a very, very long time to regenerate your health passively.
Instead of setting it to actual 0, I set it to a very low number because for users of TrueHud, having 0 changes to health mean that your health bar may disappear even if its not full, which can be confusing.
Non-humanoid races weren't touched because most of them don't have health regeneration already.
