The vanilla game has a crime problem. I can commit crime upon crime and can get away with it by using the earnings I got from a few fetch quests. Well, not anymore..
This mod aims to rectify that by increasing the fines for crimes to more realistic levels. Bruma and Wyrmstooth supported!
Murder: 10,000
Assault: 5,000
Trespass: 50
Pickpocket: 250
Stealing: 1.5 times the value of the item
Escape from prison: 1,000
Werewolf: 10,000
I have made a mod that overhauls the prices of various objects and services in the same fashion: Immersive Realistic Prices
Bounties: The goal of the mod is to make gold relevant so it makes no sense to increase the bounties as they are already balanced considering my changes. However, if you wish to change them, Missives with Headhunter (a combo that I fully recommend) allows you to tweak bounty values in its MCM.
I know other mods exist that accomplish the same but none fit my vision so I made this. It was sitting in my load order for a long time and now I have decided to share it.
