Overview
Following NPCs get their default outfit replaced by Master Thief Armor.
Mercer Frey - Black version, No hood
Sapphire - Brown, no hood.
Niruin - Black, with hood.
Viper The Fleet - Green, with hood.
Vex - Black, no hood.
Syndus also selling all sets.
ESPFE Plugin contains only new outfit records.
No compatibility conflicts. No inventory bloat like in SPID version.
No mindless percentage distributaion to random NPCs.
Install / uninstall whenever.
