This mod removes the annoying flicker mechanic from every ghost NPC that had it added from Ghosts Mechanics and Shaders Restored, which is included in the STEP Skyrim guide. I really don't like the mechanic but since the mentioned mod is required for the STEP patches I made this mod, it simply removes the bflicker property from all the ghost NPCs.
