Fixes the stretched dialogue and message boxes in Edge UI 0.6.1 on 16x9 displays when using Widescreen Scale Removed.

Resets Edge UI's horizontal scaling for dialogue and message boxes so they display properly when using Widescreen Scale Removed on 16x9 displays.
No more giant stretched out text taking up your whole screen, or running off the screen. Load after Edge UI (obviously).
*If you're using Edge UI Alternative Buttons Layout Replacer, you should grab its dialogue fix as well. Follow the load order instructions there.
These are minor changes to two swfs, but this is my first go at modding, so if I royally borked something, let me know!
