Changes the ArteFakes weapon descriptions to remove unimmersive tiering and parentheticals

Artefakes is a fantastic mod, but I found the weapon descriptions really jarring. They didn't fit with other weapon mods, so anything added by ArteFakes stuck out like a sore thumb.
This patch solves that by renaming all the [5/5] and [2H] variants to the name of the original weapon.
Your best gear will now be a lot more consistent!
This mod forwards the changes from the Unofficial Patch version of ArteFakes, and therefore requires USSEP.
it does not change the [1/5] through [4/5] tiers of gear, as they can be upgraded and are often bypassed entirely by deleveling mods.
