Adds a new unique ebony sword to the game, sword has incised reach and attack speed.
Can be crafted in forge with with Ebony smiting perk or obtain trough AdditemMenu
Can be tempered with Ebony smiting perk.
In version 1.1 was added scabbard and blood on weapon.
