So this is my first mod ever and probably wont be updated anymore, made it cause i was bored and just finished watching an episode of the anime xD.
Its just for enjoyment purposes and is not meant to be anything more than that.
Its the "Arise" ability from Solo Leveling. Its a lesser power with no cooldown and has duration of 200 Secs with considerable range. It should affect most npc's and some beast regardless of level except for creatures like dragons and disintegrated bodies (bodies have to be intact for reanimation to work, including limbs)
Its based of the Ritual Stone daily power with minor changed to the effect color with another one i found in the game files (wanted to make it purple but dint know how).
Has to be added through console commands using:
player.addspell 23005902
