Less extremely tall Pahmar-Raht and Cathay-Raht from Project ja-Kha'jay. Optional taller Dagi-Raht.

Simply makes certain fur-stocks from Project ja-Kha'jay be shorter (while still being tall). Now they aren't as drastically taller than other races.
Are my changes the "canon height"? Unlikely, but it does help reduce heads clipping through tent roofs if you're using Khajiit Has Wares (recommended btw).
Makes no NPC edits - only edits their race record's height info. Should be compatible with most things not touching their race records.
