A ReShade preset made for taking screenshots, you can of course edit and remove settings to your liking.
When you open the game the ReShade might have a static effect, just turn off one of the "Technicolor" filters and that should fix it!

Reshade
Make sure ReShade is installed correctly, and be sure to download all effect packages!
After installation, be sure to unzip (extract) "Vampiric ReShade" and move the entire folder to your "Skyrim Special Edition" folder.
Next, run your game and press the "Home" key, then select "Vampiric ReShade" from the menu.
To close the ReShade window, press the "Home" key again (or whatever key you picked in the set-up wizard).
