A small magical touch for Lakeview manor
Inspired by Magical College of Winterhold and Winterhold Restored I wanted to add a touch more of a magical feel to my game.
I always play a mage character and Lakeview Manor is one of my favorite house locations in the game and its my mage home away from Winterhold.
The main purpose of this mod was to add a mage who sold all the unenchanted staffs and Heartstones required to use the Staff Enchanter.
As such it is a companion mod to my Lakeview Manor Staff Enchanter (although both can be used independently of each other).
Aside from the merchant the mod also adds in a fully functional training dummy.
The mage and his area will be available as soon as you install; no "Hearthfire" style crafting required.
Features
A Mage merchant who sells spells, unenchanted staffs, Heartstones, soul gems, Ingredients and other items that you'd expect from such a merchant.
A training dummy which you can cast spells, fire arrows or attack with a weapon to train those skills up.
A Magicka restore font next to training dummy which restores magicka when activated.
Training dummy reset button. This button resets the training dummy's position to its original location if it has moved. See FAQ

I have implemented a reset button next to the training dummy which will reset its position to how it is meant to be.

But why does it float? Your mod is broken and the button is a lazy fix!

Skyrim has some bugs with NPC's who are made to not function as NPC's but as something else. Take the Mannequin bug for example. Mannequins in Skyrim are NPC's made to stand still yet some times they move. The same thing is happening to the training dummy but in this case it floats. This type of behavior happens the training dummy, like the mannequin are actually NPCs, with a script that tells them to stand in place. Supposedly when loading the cell, they'll move like ordinary NPCs if their script isn't loaded / applied quickly enough. There is nothing I can do to fix this. I have taken steps to minimize the chances of this happening but as a back up I implemented the button to reset the dummy. That is not lazy. The mod is not bugged.
