About this mod
Heavy Armory - Adamant Addon is a overhaul of the the weapon types from Heavy Armory following Adamant's philosophy.

WEAPONS REWORKED
Using Skypatcher, HA-AA reworks the damage and attack speed of the weapon types from Heavy Armory, making it closer to the vanilla weapon types.
NEW PERKS
HA-AA also adds a variety of new perks offering various types of new playstyles and leaves the classic weapon types like swords, battleaxes, etc., to stand on their own.
Spears will no longer do critical damage like greatswords, and mauls will no longer break enemy armor like maces.
REQUIREMENTS
- Heavy Armory.
- Adamant - This mod was built on top of that.
- Skypatcher - For the weapon changes, if you want them.
- Open Animation Replacer - I disabled the broken 3rd-person shortspear animation from Heavy Armory OAR addon.
COMPATIBILITY
This mod modifies both the 1H and 2H skill trees from Adamant. Any mod that also changes those trees is probably incompatible.
The new perks look up the new keywords used by Heavy Armory (shWeapType). If a mod uses those keywords, the perks will be applied. For example, the weapons from Animated Armory, which use their own keywords, will not benefit from the new perks.
NEW PERKS
Shortsword
- Duelist Strain (20/70): Shortswords reduce enemy attack damage by 25%/50% and magic resistance by 10%/25% for 10 seconds.
- Fighter Practice (40/90): Shortswords swing 10% faster/and deal 25% more damage.
Glaive
- Assailant Pressure (20/70): Glaives reduce enemy attack damage by 25%/50% and magic resistance by 10%/25% for 10 seconds.
- Warrior Expertise (40/90): Glaives swing 10% faster/and deal 25% more damage.
Shortspear
- Momentum Shift (20/70): You move and sprint 10%/20% faster while using a shortspear.
- Lethal Reach (40/90): Your power attacks with shortspears deal 25%/50% more damage.
Spear
- Unstoppable Charge (20/70): You move and sprint 10%/20% faster while using a spear.
- Impaling Strike (40/90): Your power attacks with spears deal 25%/50% more damage.
Hatchet
- Crippling Strike (20/70): Hatchets reduce enemy movement and attack speed by 25%/50% for 10 seconds.
- Sharp Edge (40/90): Hatchets deal extra damage over 10/20 seconds.
Halberd
- Damaging Chop (20/70): Halberds reduce enemy movement and attack speed by 25%/50% for 10 seconds.
- Serrated End (40/90): Halberds deal extra damage over 10/20 seconds.
Club
- Resilient Strikes (20/70): Clubs swing 10%/20% faster.
- Savage Assault (40/90): Clubs deal 25%/50% extra damage to staggered targets.
Quarterstaff
- Relentless Barrage (20/70): Quarterstaves swing 10%/20% faster.
- Fierce Aggression (40/90): Quarterstaves deal 25%/50% extra damage to staggered targets.
Maul
- Heavy Impact (20/70): Regular attacks with mauls have a 25%/50% chance to stagger.
- Punish (40/90): Regular attacks with mauls can stagger blocking enemies/and massive targets.
Long Mace
- Massive Clash (20/70): Regular attacks with long maces have a 25%/50% chance to stagger.
- Obliterate (40/90): Regular attacks with long maces can stagger blocking enemies/and massive targets.
Trident
- Form Disruption (20/70): Tridents deal Stamina damage over time/ and are stronger against tired enemies.
- Arcane Disruption (40/90): Tridents deal Magicka damage over time/ and are stronger against silenced enemies.
Notes
- Power attacking doubles the duration of the damage over time done by hatchets/halberds.
- Power attacking doubles the Stamina and Magicka damage done by tridents. Enemies with no stamina are considered tired, enemies with no magicka are considered silenced.
