Cloaks of Skyrim is a great mod and deserves every one of its 92,000+ endorsements. As part of the mod, three spinning wheels are placed out in the world that let you make some of the linen cloaks that are included.
I think the spinning wheels are a really neat and clever idea. Unfortunately, they're placed in areas that are frequently altered by overhaul mods:
I personally have mods that overhaul all three of those locations, and there is such a variety of overhaul mods that it would be near impossible to examine and patch them all.
What I've done is set all three of the spinning wheels to "disabled." In two of those locations, you'd also find linen wraps, a copy of "Fryssa's Nordic Tailoring" and maybe a cloak nearby. Those objects I left untouched - you're meant to just pick them up and put them in your inventory anyways. The spinning wheels were static objects, and an overhaul may cause weird clipping.
This mod also moves the crafting recipes for the linen cloaks from the spinning wheel to the tanning rack, the same place you'd craft the burlap cloaks. The recipes themselves are unchanged, and all recipes still require you to have a copy of the "Fryssa's Nordic Tailoring" book in your inventory (which can also be made at the tanning rack if you lose it). No new recipes are added.
Just install Cloaks of Skyrim as you normally would, and then install this patch after it.
Last but not least, the mod is flagged as an esl/esp-fe, so it won't hit your 255 plugin limit.
