All the new NPCs in this mod are voiced with Professional Voice Clones from Eleven Labs, meaning the actors providing their voice clones are paid for the lines generated in the mod. All vanilla NPC lines are reused/spliced vanilla lines with no voice cloning.

Description
The mod adds eight brand new NPCs. Four of them will visit shops that you also visit, four will visit the markets in Riften, Whiterun, Windhelm and Solitude. The four that visit shops will also visit the above markets in the afternoon, plus the small market in Markarth (provided they've already spawned in a shop in the city).
Every time you visit a shop (between 9am and 5pm) there's a 25% chance of each NPC spawning in that shop (with a cooldown of 4 hours). This means sometimes you may get none of them, sometimes you might get all four, or any number in between. When you visit one of the market cities listed above, there's a 25% chance that one or more of the other NPCs will spawn at the market. Rarely, you might end up with all eight in the market, it's entirely random. With the exception of Shamgob, they'll take shelter if it rains. At 6pm they'll head 'home' for a good night's rest, ready to shop again in the morning.
When they bump into each other they'll chat about their latest shopping escapades, whether negative or positive. They'll also purchase goods from selected stallholders and any vanilla voiced shopkeepers, even ones added by other mods, providing the mod author that added new shops and shopkeepers has added the relevant keywords, markers and factions.
Most of the new NPCs also have special scenes with unique vanilla NPCs. The scenes have a variety of random lines so if you hear them more than once they have a random chance of being different each time. Some of them will purchase from the Khajiit caravans if they're around at the same time.
At around 7:30pm they will all teleport to an interior cell. This means you may happen to see them all walking on the road together and maybe all disappear at the same time. It's probably quite rare to see this though.
Each NPC has unique lines based on their current location, the weather and their personality. Occasionally you'll hear some of them mumble to themselves, this dialogue is meant to be quiet.

- Regional Merchants / Regional Outfitters - Stalls of Skyrim by Socalista
- Inn-Tegrated NPCs - Oblivion Style Conversations
- Interesting NPCs
Additionally, if you have Regional Merchants installed, selected NPCs will visit some of the stalls added by the mod. There is also a patch in optional files for integration with Farts of Skyrim.
Installation
Simply install like you would any other mod using your favourite mod manager. Safe to install mid-game and probably safe to uninstall.
Compatibility
There shouldn't be any issues with compatibility. No need to ask about Immersive Citizens, AI Overhaul, RDO, GDO etc, they do totally different things to this mod. The NPCs spawn at vanilla markers in shops and markets so unless a mod moves these markers it should be compatible with exterior and interior overhauls.
FAQs / Notes
Does it work with AE?
The mod was made with the older version of the Creation Kit so it's compatible with all versions of Skyrim SE/AE.
LE version?
Markus79 has exclusive permission to backport my mods.
Can I translate it and release it?
Yes translations are fine as long as they require the original mod.
Does it work with town mods or other mods that add new NPCs?
It should work with any mod that adds shopkeeper NPCs with vanilla voice types. It will not work with any NPC that has a custom voice type. Provided the mod author has followed the proper modding conventions, you should see the NPCs visiting shops that have been added by mods.
I don't like AI voices
That's fine, just don't use the mod.
The mod is ESL flagged so it won't take up a spot in your load order. It has been cleaned and checked for errors in xEdit.
Polite notice - if you ask a question that is already covered in the description or the FAQ section, it will most likely be ignored and/or removed. But let's face it, you won't have read this bit anyway.
