Here are some patches i created for my load order.
I just moved the problematic portals.
Patches for:
Cities of the North - Falkreath
Old Hroldan Ruins SE
Markarth Outskirts
The Great City of Rorikstead SSE Edition - JK - Rorikstead arthmoor
To find them and see if they work for you,in a game just to test without saving type tmm 1 in the console to see all the existing markers on the map, you will find the map markers for the portals near the patched cities.
The patches have no dependencies other than Portals of Skyrim and Stargates of Skyrim - Portals of Skyrim Stargate Edition except for the one for Markarth Outskirts.
