"What about Severin Manor?"
This house doesn't need patching.
"Is it safe to install over an existing save?"
Just tested on existing save and no problems so far. I'd say it's safe as far as it goes.
"Is it compatible with XX?"
Test it out and tell me. I've been using it in my personal extensive modlist and had no problems.
Obviously, if another mod/patch add items to where the shrines were redirected to, there will be clipping.
